After a long search process, the Kamuela Philharmonic Orchestra announced the selection of Brian Dollinger as its new artistic director and conductor.

Dollinger most recently served as the conductor and music director of the Muscatine Symphony Orchestra and Clinton Symphony Orchestra in Iowa. He also conducted orchestras in Idaho and Indiana.

“Brian brings with him an impressive resume as a conductor and a fascinating life story, as well as a passion and enthusiasm for classical music that is inspiring and uplifting to all who witness him in action,” said Kamuela Philharmonic Executive Director Michael Chu. “His debut concert was extraordinarily well-received, with multiple standing ovations during the Tchaikovsky symphony that closed out the program.”
